Each side of the River Walk is lined with restaurants, shops, and towering hotels. There were tons of people dining, strolling down the walkways, and riding the river boats. Matt heard a river boat captain explain to the people on a boat that if they fell overboard, all they had to do was stand up, because the river is only four feet deep.
